New Zealand, it is time to go to the next level
And it starts here for Digital Marketing & eCommerce
Changing the online world one challenge at a time
Digital Marketing & eCommerce aren't the goals... These things are tools to help you, as a business or solo entrepreneur, to be more successful in these modern times. It will also make life easier for your customer and for you.
Customers have different expectations from brands and companies nowadays. Shopping habits have changed and the way they would like to communicate with brands has changed.
Now is the time for any business to take the lead and to dominate in your industry. You don't have to be a big business with deep pockets to be successful in the world of online & eCommerce.
The world of online in New Zealand
A lot of companies - big and small - and entrepreneurs are already online in New Zealand. That's the innovative Kiwi spirit. Ka pai, Aotearoa.
But there is always room for improvement. The world of online is a journey, not a destination.
There are still lots of "errors" or "mistakes" to be seen in New Zealand when it comes to Digital Marketing & eCommerce. Take for example:
- No SSL or SSL incorrect implemented (data security and integrity)
- No follow up emails when an order is placed or no shipment updates ("where is my order or what is the status?")
- No relationship is being built with a customer.
- Not being able to buy products online.... And no, "send an email or chat message" isn't eCommerce or online shopping. Personally, I will never order from a brand that does business like that.
